ANNOUNCEMENT

APPROVAL BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FINANCIAL MARKET INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS FOR THE REGISTRATION OF MEDIUM-TERM NOTES

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited (the "Company")

is pleased to announce that Shanghai Jinmao Investment Management Group Co., Ltd. (上海金茂 投資管理集團有限公司, "Shanghai Jinmao"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has recently received two notices of registration dated 30 March 2021 (the "Notices") issued by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (中國銀行間市場交易商協會).

According to the Notices, the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors has accepted the registration application of Shanghai Jinmao for the issuance of medium-term notes in an aggregate amount of RMB5,000,000,000 (the "Medium-termNotes"). The registration will be valid for a term of two years commencing from the date of the Notices, being 30 March 2021. Shanghai Jinmao may issue the Medium-term Notes by tranches during the valid period.

The Company will make further announcement(s) in relation to the specific arrangements for the issuance by Shanghai Jinmao of the Medium-term Notes in due course.
