China Hongqiao Group Limited Announces Demise of Zhang Shiping, Executive Director, Chairman, and Member of Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of China Hongqiao Group Limited announced with deep regret that Mr. Zhang Shiping, aged 73, an executive director, the chairman, a member of each of the remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Company, passed away on 23 May 2019.
