A few days ago, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China announced that edited by China Haisum was issued on Mar. 8, 2015 and was formally implemented on Nov. 1, 2015. The Number of the standard is GB51092-2015.
With the development of pulp and papermaking industry, and QB6001-91(alkali recovery part) edited by Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China can't meet the requirement of current design. In 2008, China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd, as the chief editorial unit, applied the new compilation of code for design of pulp and papermaking plant for the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China. Under the management and guidance of China Investigation and Design Association of Light Industry, Qi Yongyi, the vice president of Haisun, acted as the chief editor and the pulp and papermaking engineering or the chief engineers in each specialty of design department acted as the leaders of compilation group. Under the help of over 40 talents of pulp and papermaking plant industry in the subsidiaries of Haisum, after experiencing the periods of compilation, revision, expert examination and seeking for opinions through online publication, the total compilation work of the new code was completed in Oct, 2015 and was formally implemented through the examination and approval of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China.
