China First Chemical Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Ng Ka Lok as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Audit Committee

The board of directors of China First Chemical Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Ng Ka Lok has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company and chairman of audit committee with effect from 23 April 2019.
