VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

ESTABLISHMENT OF A REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE CLINIC

IN SINGAPORE

This is a voluntary announcement made by China Environmental Technology Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that INNOMED Group Limited ("INNOMED"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has established a reproductive medicine clinic (the "Singapore Clinic") in Singapore through its directly wholly-owned subsidiary, Pacific Fertility Institutes (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The Singapore Clinic is located at the entire Level 8 of the medical building in Royal Square at Health City Novena, Singapore. The renovation work of the Singapore Clinic has been substantially completed, and it is expected to commence the trial operation in April 2018.

As the R&D centre of INNOMED, the Singapore Clinic will mainly be responsible for setting up a standardized processing system for clinical and embryological laboratory of reproductive medicine services carries out by the Group, training medical specialists and developing more effective reproductive treatments and pharmaceuticals.

INNOMED is an investment holding company established in late 2016, which focus on developing business in the medical field. It completed the acquisition of 50% equity interests in Pacific Fertility Institutes Holding Company Limited, a reproductive medical service provider, in March 2017, and plans to continue providing assisted reproduction, obstetrics and gynecology and neonatological medicine services in the People's Republic of China and the Asian-Pacific region.

The Board believes that, INNOMED will, by setting up the Singapore Clinic, lay an important foundation for setting up of the standardized quality management system and professionals training in the field of reproductive medicine.
