SUPPLEMENTAL PROFIT WARNING ANNOUNCEMENT

This announcement is made by China Electronics Huada Technology Company Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The Company refers to its announcement dated 24 June 2020 in relation to, among other things, an expected decline of approximately 50% to 60% in the consolidated profit attributable to owners of the Company for the six months ending 30 June 2020 as compared to the six months ended 30 June 2019 (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

Based on the latest information available to the Board, the Group is now expecting to record a decline of approximately 10% to 20% in the consolidated profit attributable to owners of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2020 as compared to the six months ended 30 June 2019. The expected decline is less than previously announced in the Announcement mainly due to the increase in the share of result of an associate of the Group.

Detailed interim results of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020 will be published on 26 August 2020 pursuant to the requirements of the Listing Rules.
