(Stock Code: 2349) CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of China City Infrastructure Group Limited (the "Company") dated 21 July 2017 (the "Announcement") in relation to, among other things, the appointment of Mr. Ji Jiaming ("Mr. Ji") as the executive director of the Company with effect from 21 July 2017. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board would like to further clarify and announce that with effect from 21 July 2017, in addition to the appointment of Mr. Ji as an executive Director, Mr. Ji has also been appointed as the executive president of the Company, who will be fully responsible for the business development and operation management in the PRC.
