RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

AND SECRETARY OF THE BOARD

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Beststudy Education Group (the "Company") announces that Mr. Changxu Zhu ("Mr. Zhu") has tendered his resignation as a joint company secretary of the Company and secretary of the Board with effect from 14 April 2021.

Mr. Zhu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange").

Upon Mr. Zhu's resignation as a joint company secretary of the Company and secretary of the Board, the other joint company secretary of the Company, Ms. Chau Hing Ling ("Ms. Chau"), who possesses the requisite qualification and experience as required under Rule 3.28 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange, will remain in office and act as the sole company secretary of the Company.

The Board is looking for a potential suitable candidate to take up the position of joint company secretary of the Company as soon as reasonably practicable and will make an announcement and will apply to the Stock Exchange for relevant waiver (if applicable) if and when an appointment of joint company secretary of the Company is made.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Zhu for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
