5.Cause of occurrence:The deadline for company's 2021
annual cash capital increase subscription payment is
February 21, 2022, and only some shareholders have not
paid the cash capital increase share.
6.Countermeasures:
(1) According to the Article 142 of the Company Law and
Paragraph 3 of Article 266, the period for the payment
of shares will be from February 22, 2022 to March 24,
2022 at 3:30 pm.
(2) The shareholders who have not paid the payment of
shares should take the payment letter and go to KGI
Securities Co., Ltd. Taichung Branch and branches
throughout the country to complete the payment. Those
who have not paid the payment within the time will lose
the right to subscribe for new shares.
(3) The shareholders who paid the payment during the
period of overdue notice, TDCC will appropriate the
shares to TDCC account that registered by the
subscriber according to the number of shares that
subscribed by the shareholders.
(4) If shareholders have any questions, please contact
the company's stock agency.
