Chia Chang Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 1,862.951 million compared to TWD 1,382.339 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 233.967 million compared to TWD 122.545 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 160.644 million compared to TWD 36.323 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.13 compared to TWD 0.26 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.12 compared to TWD 0.25 a year ago.
Chia Chang Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the stamping business. The Company's main products are metal stamping bezels, metal stamping back covers, inverters, shielding, lamp covers, plates and brackets, among others. The Company's products are applied in the manufacture of mobile phones, notebook computers, liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors, LCD televisions (TVs), computer peripheral products, automobile LCD monitors and industrial computers, among others. The Company distributes its products within domestic and to overseas markets.
