Chengdu Qianjia Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 199,810,000 in a round of funding on August 19, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Chengdu Gas Group Corporation Ltd., Petrochina Co., Ltd., Sichuan Huayou Group Co., Ltd., Chengdu Jindi Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Dandong Dongfa(Group) Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu CAS Internet-of-Things Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved in the 10th Meeting of the Company’s 2nd Directorate and does not need the Shareholders’ Approval.
Chengdu Gas Group Corp Ltd is a China-based company primarily engaged in the city gas business. The company's businesses include natural gas sales business, natural gas installation business, comprehensive service business and comprehensive energy business. The natural gas sales business is engaged in purchasing gas sources from upstream natural gas production and sales units and selling them to end users. The natural gas installation business mainly involves signing an installation contract with the customer and subcontracting the engineering labor services to a company with corresponding construction qualifications for construction. The comprehensive service business provides related products and derivative services. The comprehensive energy business is engaged in the system integration of traditional energy sources such as electricity, heating, air conditioning, and water.
