The Board of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. ('the Issuer'), with reference to the current report No. 29/2015, dated the July 31st 2015 and to the current report No. 73/2016, dated the October 6th 2016, informs that on the January 24th 2017 concluded an annex to the surety agreement, under which the Issuer granted a surety of repayment of bank loans taken by the Subsidiary ZE ZEN Sp. z o.o. in ING Bank Śląski S.A. The amount of granted surety is unchanged: the amount of surety is 5.000.000,00 PLN. The surety secures repayment of bank loans from the following titles and in the following amounts, the bank may apply for granting the declaration of submission to execution the enforcement clause in the following dates:

1. Overdraft facility in the amount of 3.950.000,00 PLN, a request for granting the enforcement clause until 30.07.2036;
2. Investment loans in the amount of 1.440.000,00 PLN, a request for granting the enforcement clause until 31.12.2022;
3. Multiproduct line, including revolving loan facility in the amount of 2.000.000,00 PLN or bank guarantees to the amount of limit of 2.000.000,00 PLN, a request for granting the enforcement clause until 22.02.2022.

On the day of this report of the Issuer it is also valid a surety granted to ING Bank Śląski S.A. on behalf of the Subsidiary - ZBACH Sp. z o.o. in the amount of 4.000.000,00 PLN, which secures the repayment of overdraft in the amount of 3.496.166,22 PLN, the bank may apply for granting the declaration of submission to execution the enforcement clause until 14.11.2018.
