Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. (WSE:CHS) acquired 10.3% stake in Bumech S.A. (WSE:BMC) for PLN 7.2 million on April 5, 2016. As part of transaction, Chemoservis-Dwory acquired 6.4 million shares. The transaction is funded with proceeds from a bond issue.

Chemoservis Dwory SA is a Poland-based company primarily engaged in the provision of maintenance, repair and related services for industrial plants and heavy machinery.
