('the Issuer') acting on the basis of § 103 paragraph 1 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from the February 19th 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities or conditions for recognition as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member country as equal ('Regulation') publishes dates of publication the periodical reports of the Issuer in 2016.

For Q3 2016 - the November 14th 2016
2. Individual and consolidated Semi-annual Report for first half of year 2016 - the August 29th 2016
3. Individual and consolidated Annual Report for year 2015 - the April 25th 2016
According to § 101 paragraph 2 of Regulation, the Company won't publish quarterly report for Q2 of 2016.
