The Board of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. ('the Issuer') informs, that at the day of the January 13th 2016 signed an Annex to the service agreement from the January 2nd 2008 with Synthos Dwory 7 Sp. z o.o. Sp. J. The annex expands the scope for service of devices from the area D-30 (valves, scales, cranes, etc.). The settlement between Parties in accordance with applicable Price List.
The annex shall come into force on the day of signing by the both parties.
