Charter Hall Office Management Limited (the Manager), as responsible entity of Charter Hall Office REIT (ASX:CQO) is pleased to announce the first United States (US) sales distribution of A$0.48 per unit.
This payment follows the repatriation of approximately A$241 million of net proceeds from the settlement of the first seven properties under the US portfolio sale to entities associated with Beacon Capital Partners, LLC.
