White Light Studio Company Limited announced that it will issue 21,428 newly issued ordinary shares at a price of THB 557 for gross proceeds of THB 11,935,396 on August 15, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor Chamni's Eye Public Company Limited for 30% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the investor.
The transaction is expected to close within Q4 2023.
