Ceylon Hotels Corporation plc Appoints Ranil Prasad Pathirana as Non Independent Non Executive Director

Ceylon Hotels Corporation PLC announced at the board meeting held on January 20, 2016. The shareholder appointed Mr. Ranil Prasad Pathirana as a Non Independent Non Executive Director with effect from 20th January 2016. Mr.Pathirana has extensive experience in finance and management in financial /apparel/manufacturing and energy sector.

Mr.Pathirana is the Group Finance Director Hirdaramani Group of Companies, Non Executive Director, of Samapath Bank Ptc, Alumex Pic and Taprobane Holdings Pic. He was also the Chief Executive officer - Vanik Bangaladesh Securities, AVP of Vanik incorporation.
