On December 14, 2021, CETC Acoustic-Optic-Electronic Technology Inc. closed the transaction. The company has incurred a total issuance cost of CNY 24,864,697.19 and received net proceeds of CNY 875,135,292.66 in the transaction. Out of total proceeds, CNY 187,110,185 will go towards share capital and CNY 688,025,107.66 will go towards capital reserve.
