CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Century Group International Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Lo Wing Sang ("Mr. Lo") has tendered his resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary") and has ceased to act as an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") and an authorised representative of the Company for accepting service of process or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (collectively, the "Authorised Representative") with effect from 28 May 2021.

Mr. Lo confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no circumstances related to his resignation which need to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Lee Cheuk Man ("Mr. Lee") has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative in place of Mr. Lo with effect from 28 May 2021.

Mr. Lee is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Lee has over 23 years of experience in auditing, financial management and accounting in various companies listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange. Prior to joining the Company, he had served as company secretary of severalcompanies listed on the main board and GEMof the Stock Exchange. He has ample experiences in the company secretarial field and in handling corporate governance and compliance matters for listed companies.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Lo for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of service and also express its warm welcome to Mr. Lee on his new appointment.
