Centurion Corporation Limited announced that reference is made to the announcements made by the Company on 7 November 2022, 21 November 2022, 1 December 2022 and 20 March 2023 relating to the Company's intention, pursuant to Condition 6(d) of the Notes, to redeem all of the outstanding Notes on 12 April 2023. The Company announced that it has fully redeemed all of the remaining outstanding Notes and that accordingly, there are no Notes outstanding. Following the redemption, the Notes will be cancelled in their entirety.
