Centrale del Latte d'Italia S p A : Termination of the agreement stipulated on 30 March 2020 between the parent company Newlat Food S.p.A. and the Chief Executive Officer Edoardo Pozzoli

Turin, 29 June 2022 - Centrale del Latte d'Italia S.p.A. (the "Company" or "CLI") informs, pursuant to articles 129 and 131, paragraph 4, lett. b) of the Issuers' Regulation adopted with Consob resolution no. 11971 of May 14, 1999, of the early and consensual termination - signed on 27 June 2022 and with effect from 1 July 2022 - of the Agreement dated 30 March 2020 (due to expire on 30 March 2023) between the parent company Newlat Food S.p.A. and the resigning Chief Executive Officer Mr. Pozzoli, signed on the occasion of the purchase by Newlat Food S.p.A. of no. 6,660,242 shares of Centrale del Latte d'Italia S.p.A., constituting 47.573% of the share capital and 41.507% of the total voting rights. The termination of this agreement has no impact on Newlat Food's controlling stake in CLI but only has the effect of freeing the parties from all commitments and obligations deriving from it. The early termination of the Agreement was filed in the Turin Company Register on 29 June 2022. The relative extract was published in accordance with the law and regulations in the national newspaper "Italia Oggi" in the edition of 30 June 2022, also available on the Company's website at https://centralelatteitalia.com/governance/patto-parasociale/, as well as at the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage at www.emarketstorage.com. Finally, as requested by Consob, the Company specifies, with reference to the press release issued last 27 June, that Mr. Pozzoli has resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer Operations for having taken on a new professional position.
