CENIT Aktiengesellschaft Appoints Matthias Schmidt to the Managing Board, Effective January 2, 2013

With effect from January 2, 2013 the Supervisory Board of CENIT Aktiengesellschaft appointed Matthias Schmidt for 3 years to the Managing Board. Matthias Schmidt will be responsible for the fields of finance, controlling and personnel. Amongst others he was CFO of Hewlett Packard Germany, member of the Managing Board of HP Germany.
