Celsia S.A. E.S.P., formerly known as Empresa de Energia del Pacifico SA ESP (EPSA), is a Colombia-based company primarily engaged in the generation, transmission and distribution of electric energy. The Company’s facilities include hydroelectric plants and thermal power station with a total installed capacity of over 900 megawatts (MW). The Company is also involved in the construction of such projects as the Amaime, Alto Tulua and Bajo Tulua hydroelectric plants. The Company owns a subsidiary Compania de Electricidad de Tulua SA, as well as minor stakes in such other companies as Industria del Carbon del Valle del Cauca SA and Gas Natural Fenosa Telecomunicaciones Colombia SA, among others. The Company operates in Cauca and Tolima.
