Lao as Chief Commercial Officer, Laureen M. Cansana as Chief Information Officer, Mark Julius V. Cezar as Deputy Chief Finance Officer and Ma. Elynore J. Villanueva as treasurer. Ms. Bernadine T. Siy was appointed Chairman of Audit Committee, Mr. Richard Raymond B. Tantoco as Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, Mr. Brian Mathew P. Cu as Chairman of the Board Risk Oversight Committee, and Mr. Richard Raymond B. Tantoco as Chairman of the Related Party Transaction Committee.
