CD Private Equity Fund II (Fund), formerly Cordish Dixon Private Equity Fund II, is an Australia-based managed investment scheme. The objective of the Fund is to achieve capital growth over a five to 10 years investment horizon from its exposure to a portfolio of investments in small and mid-market private investment funds and privately held companies predominately focused in the United States. The Fund invests in various industry sectors, such as manufacturing, consumer products and services, business services, healthcare and distribution. The Fund holds investments in a limited partnership, US Select Private Opportunities Fund II, L.P. which, in turn, invests in various small-to-medium-sized private investment funds. The Responsible Entity of the Fund is Walsh & Company Investments Limited.
