notified by the Chengdu Electric Power Authority that due to the extreme
high temperature weather, an orderly power consumption plan will be launched
from now until August 20, and the power supply for industrial production
will be suspended.
6.Countermeasures:The subsidiary has adjusted the relevant production and
operation to cooperated with the shutdown. The current assessment has no
significant impact on our financial and business status.
