Cayenne Entertainment Technology Co, Ltd. (GTSM:4946) agreed to acquire an additional 35% stake in Blue Panda Holding Limited for TWD 89.8 million in stock on November 22, 2013. Cayenne Entertainment will issue 2.16 million shares for the acquisition. Cayenne Entertainment already holds a 6.22% stake in Blue Panda Holding. Cayenne Entertainment aims to invest indirectly into a Shanghai-based information technology company through acquisition of stake in Blue Panda.
