Cavali SA ICLV is the Peruvian Central Securities and Settlement Depository, which specializes in processing the transactions carried out in the stock exchange, such as payment of interests and dividends, delivery of preferential subscription certificates, discount deductions, delivery of shares, as well as changes in nominal values, mergers, spin-offs and public offerings, among others. Its activities also include the registry, transfer, clearance, settlement and brokerage of publicly offered securities, derivatives and non-mass issued instruments, as well as it provides systems and mechanisms to facilitate the trading of listed securities. The Company is a subsidiary of Bolsa de Valores de Lima SA, an entity responsible for the management of Peruvian stock exchange.
