Castles Technology, an Android payment solutions creator, has announced the debut of its S1U2 unattended payment device, which launched in Dubai, according to a press release.

Specifically designed for the vending and self-service market, the device was also designed with challenges from the pandemic era in mind, aiming to provide contactless, line-free payment options.

  • Professional-grade barcode reader.
  • Built-in speaker.
  • Contactless payment technology.
  • GPS functionality for device location and status tracking, along with restocking.
  • NAMA and EVA standards compliance for compatibility and interoperability.
  • IP65 rating for dust and water resistance, with an ATEX compiance version available.
