Significant event to report: conclusion of a contract of the kind listed in art. 234 paragraph 1, letter i) of FSA Regulation no 5/2018 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations
In accordance with the provisions of art. 234 paragraph 1, letter i) of FSA Regulation no 5/2018, Casa de Bucovina - Club de Munte S.A. informs the shareholders and investors on the conclusion of a financing contract, the value of which exceeds 10% of the net turnover for the financial year 2021.
Thus, on 18.08.2022, the Company concluded a contract with ECOTERM S.R.L.. The object of the contract is the delivery/supply, installation, technical assistance and commissioning of heating and air conditioning installations. The value of the contract is 857,644 lei + VAT.
In the context of the existing energy crisis at the European level and significant price increases, by concluding this contract the company aims to increase the energy efficiency of the hotel, as well as to reduce utility expenses.

Casa de Bucovina Club de Munte SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the tourism sector. The Company is primarily involved in the operation of the hotel Best Western Bucovina - Club de Munte, which offers 130 rooms, two restaurants, a lobby bar and five conference rooms, as well as various facilities and services, including cable television, wireless Internet connection, mini-bars, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, and a fitness room, among others. The Company also operates two restaurants, Casa de Bucovina and Casa cu pridvor, with a total capacity of 280 seats, and a lobby bar. As of December 31, 2011, SIF Muntenia SA held a 66.87% stake in the Company.
