Canada Rare Earth Corp. Appoints Mark Peters to Board and Chair of Audit Committee

Canada Rare Earth Corp. at its AGM held on March 21, 2017, approved addition of Mark Peters to the Board and also chair of audit committee. Mark Peters is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over 17 years experience in finance and taxation, working primarily with Canadian and US publicly trading and reporting corporations. He is the CFO of Hunter Dickinson Services Inc.
