CalAmp Corp. (NasdaqGS:CAMP)’s Board of Directors has decided to explore strategic alternatives. Jeff Gardner, CalAmp’s Chief Executive Officer, commented: “Over the past few years, CalAmp has been executing a strategy to create shareholder value as an independent company.
In the past weeks, we have received unsolicited inbound inquiries, as a result of which the Board of Directors has engaged advisors and formed a special committee to help us explore all strategic alternatives".
