C-MER Eye Care Holdings Limited entered into the Sale and Purchase agreements to acquire Champion Eye Centre Limited from Yeung, Hung, Pauline Chan, Ko, DN Chan,Yip, and the Estate of Cheung for HKD 61.27 million.

C-MER Eye Care Holdings Limited (SEHK:3309) entered into the Sale and Purchase agreements to acquire Champion Eye Centre Limited from Yeung, Hung, Pauline Chan, Ko, DN Chan,Yip, and the Estate of Cheung for HKD 61.27 million on January 4, 2022. Upon completion, Champion Eye Centre Limited will become a wholly owned subsidiary of C-MER Eye care Holdings limited. The Consideration will be satisfied in full by the allotment and issuance of 8.790 million Consideration Shares.

Transaction is subject to due diligence consummation, Stock exchange approval and fulfilment and satisfaction of the Conditions Precedents, and is expected to be closed on or before January 21, 2022.
