(TSE:6199), Nanto CVC No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership; a fund managed by Venture Labo Investment, ABC Dream Ventures, Inc., CSV Venture Fund 2 Limited Liability Partnership; a fund managed by NEC Capital Solutions Limited, Investment Arm and Venture Labo Investment, SBI Investment Co., Ltd, Hakuhodo DY Media Partners Inc. and VLI New Venture Development Investment Business Partnership.
The company raised the funding through third party allotment.
