CCC Tourist Enterprises PCL is a Cyprus-based public shareholding company that operates in the tourism industry. The principal activity of the Group is the erection and development of hotels, the carrying on of the business of hoteliers and the development and promotion of tourism and touristic activities, as well as the development of villas for sale. The Company's subsidiary, L Union Nationale (Tourism and Sea Resorts) Limited, is the owner company of hotel complex Le Meridien Limassol Spa & Resort. The hotel complex Le Meridien Limassol Spa & Resort is situated along the coast to the east of the town of Amathunta occupying an area of 91,170 square meters. In January 2014, the Company sold its 50% stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, L’Union Nationale (Tourism and Sea Resorts) Ltd, to Emerald Coast Properties Ltd (the Investor).
