BULGARIAN STOCK EXCHANGE AD The IPO of ITF Group is a great success! The Fintech company raised BGN 2,003,800 at today's IPO. As a result of an oversubscription, tomorrow, the company will offer additional 234,000 shares at an IPO auction.

The Exchange admitted to trading a temporary issue of shares of ITF Group to conduct an initial public offering of up to 700,000 shares. It is the #5 successful IPO on BEAM this year.
