Bulgarian Stock Exchange : Over BGN 320 million have been raised through BSE for business development

Bulgarian Stock Exchange registered a successful year and awarded those who contributed to the development of the capital market in our country.

Sofia, 20 January 2021 - Over BGN 320 million have been raised through BSE for business development in 2020, which is the highest value for the last 12 years.
BSE registered a successful year and awarded those who contributed most in 2020 to the development of the capital market in our country.
An increase to 61,173 transactions, i.e. 39% marked the regulated market in 2020 compared to the previous year. The BSE turnover in 2020 amounts to BGN 397,499,741, which is 19% more than in the previous year.

At the 20th jubilee ceremony in the history of the Stock Exchange the following companies were awarded:

Investment intermediaries with the highest turnover on BSE in 2020:
1st place: Elana Trading
2nd place: Euro-Finance
3rd place: ABV Investments
Investment intermediaries with the highest number of trades in 2020:
1st place: Karoll
2nd place: Elana Trading
3rd place: BenchMark Finance

Karoll was awarded as the investment intermediary with the greatest contribution to the development of the capital market in 2020.
Telelink Business Services Group was awarded as the issuer with the greatest contribution to the development of the capital market in the past year.
The Deputy Minister of Finance, Ms Marinela Petrova, was distinguished as the person with the most significant contribution to the capital market development in 2020.
Bloomberg TV Bulgaria was awarded as the media with the greatest contribution to the promotion of the capital market in 2020.
