BULGARIAN STOCK EXCHANGE AD Sofia, 5 August 2022 - The trading in shares of Bee Smart Technologies starts today on the beam market after the company performed a successful IPO and raised BGN 1,199,990.

The issue of shares of Bee Smart Technologies amounts to BGN 407,386 allotted in the respective number of shares of BGN 1.00 nominal value per share. The company's shares are launched for trading on the beam market under the BSE code BEE.
Bee Smart Technologies plans to invest the funds raised in their business expansion in the European market and product range development.
