Bridge Investment assumed the below-market Fannie Mae loan originated by Berkadia Commercial Mortgage. Jason Stanton and Matt Mitchell of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC provided due diligence to Andover Real Estate Partners, LLC and Atlas Real Estate Partners.
