Brazilian Gold Corporation (the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of its annual general meeting (the "Meeting") held today. At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Company approved resolutions including the re-election of Luis Azevedo, Glen Dickson, James Mellon, J. Ian Stalker and Joanne Yan as directors of the Company, the re-appointment of the MacKay LLP as the Company's auditor, and the ratification of the Company's Incentive Stock Option Plan.
