LONDON (Reuters) - The British government said on Saturday that discussions about the future of troubled lender Bradford & Bingley were still going on.
Responding to a BBC report that the government had taken the decision to nationalize the bank, a Treasury spokesman said: "The discussions are still going on. A further statement is expected before markets open on Monday."
