From March 20, 2020 to September 18, 2020, the company has repurchased 322,989 shares, representing 3.84% for KRW 1,408.86 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 322,989 shares, representing 3.84% for KRW 1,408.86 million under the buyback announced on March 20, 2020.
BOOSTER CO., LTD is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of industrial boilers. The Companyâs products consists of tube boilers used in buildings, saunas, petrol chemicals facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, public institutions and others; vacuum hot water boilers and no pressure tube type boilers used in the buildings, apartment heating, hotels, golf courses, swimming pools and other leisure facilities, and others including water supply units, booster cleaners, cool shots, accessories and control systems. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
