A consortium of private individuals and Triega AB signed an agreement to acquire Bonzun Health Information AB from Bonzun AB (publ) (OM:BONZUN) on May 15, 2024. This as part of the clean-up of Bonzun to facilitate the implementation of a reverse acquisition of the Norwegian fintech company Reltime AS. The purchase price amounts to a symbolic sum.
In connection with the sale of Bonzun Health AB, the group's loans and liabilities are reduced by approximately SEK 1 billion.
