Jiangsu Bomin Electronics Co., Ltd. announced that it has received CNY 100,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Bomin Electronics Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603936) on January 16, 2021. Post closing, the registered capital of the company increased to CNY 700,000,000. The company has completed the registration procedures for the transaction, and industrial and commercial change, and obtained the business license issued by the Administrative Approval Bureau of Dafeng District, Yancheng City.
Bomin Electronics Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the research and development, production and sale of high-precision printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Company's major products include multi-layer boards (including high-density interconnection PCB), single/double sides PCBs, flexible print circuits, rigid-flee PCBs and other special material boards ( including aluminum PCBs, high frequency boards and thicker copper boards). The Company's products are widely used in consumer electronics, communications equipment, automotive electronics, industrial control equipment, medical electronics, smart security and clean energy and other fields.
