It specializes in the securitization of real estate property and operates under a license, issued by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. The Company invests in the real estate sector by purchasing titles and other rights over real estate, in order to renovate, lease, rent or sell them. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs major shareholder was Nevel-P EOOD with a stake of 53.85%.
