Qian Xue signed an agreement to acquire 5% stake in Bode Energy Equipment Co., Ltd from Zhao Min for approximately CNY 130 million.

Qian Xue signed an agreement to acquire 5% stake in Bode Energy Equipment Co., Ltd (SZSE:300023) from Zhao Min for approximately CNY 130 million on July 5, 2021. As per the agreement, Qian Xue will acquire 15.81 million shares. The consideration shall be payable through own funds. The agreement will be effective on July 15, 2021.
