Notice of General Meeting

Further to the Company's announcement on 21 April 2017 regarding completion of the conditional placing to raise £25m, the Company provides an update to the anticipated date of the General Meeting ('GM') to approve, inter alia,the allotment of 15,625,000 new ordinary shares of £0.10 pence each in the Company ('Second Placing Shares').

The GM will be held on Monday 22 May 2017 at 3.00pm at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.

A circular including Notice of GM, and a form of proxy, will be sent to shareholders next week.

Assuming the necessary resolutions are passed, admission to trading on AIM of the Second Placing Shares is expected to occur on or around 8am on 23 May 2017.
