Bitcoin Trust (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-end investment fund. The Fund's investment objective is to invest in digital currency, bitcoin, through a platform to provide an exchange-traded investment alternative for buying and holding bitcoin. The Fund purchases bitcoin through regulated platforms, as well as in the over-the-counter (OTC) market using regulated counterparties. Ninepoint Partners LP is the Fund's manager.
