The Company’s ability to increase authorized shares will strengthen the financial standing of the Company and give the Company the flexibility to use Common Stock to raise additional capital necessary to complete clinical trials on our cancer diagnostic, submit it for FDA and European Union CE Mark approval and successfully move it into the marketplace.
